e! Christina Chia is the Founder and Chairman of Napoleon Hill Associates Group of Companies. To many acquainted with the teachings of Napoleon Hill, she is affectionately known as the 'Napoleon Hill of Malaysia'.

Christina Chia holds degrees in Law: Bachelor of Law and Master of Laws from London University; Master of Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management, United Kingdom; and Barrister of Law from Gray's Inn, United Kingdom. She is the Founder and Senior Partner of Christina Chia, Ng & Partners, an established legal firm in Malaysia.

As a Certified Instructor from the Napoleon Hill Foundation and the Napoleon Hill World Learning Center in the United States of America, Christina's passion to help people find solutions to problems has grown immensely, and she now gladly provides more than legal advice. She helps people from all walks of life to find themselves and to achieve success through the skillful application and sharing of Universal Laws. Her mission in life is to create Heaven on Earth and to help make this world a better place to live in.

Christina generously shares her knowledge as a speaker at conferences, and conducts training workshops organized by bodies such as Napoleon Hill Associates, the Napoleon Hill Foundation in University of Wise, the Napoleon Hill World Learning Center in Purdue University in Calumet, Hammond, Indiana and others.

Christina is married to Wong Sai Fong, a Senior Legal Practitioner who specializes in Intellectual Property Law in Malaysia. They have three daughters and they live in Malaysia
